Swiss Time Australia was founded in 1988 by Eric van der Griend, and was appointed the first agency for the distribution of TAG Heuer in Australia and New Zealand in 1989. A decade at the helm of TAG Heuer saw Swiss Time Australia set the foundations for the strength of the brand today, and pioneer the Australian and New Zealand Swiss watch market.  Over the past 20 years, Swiss Time Australia has overseen the distribution and growth in the Australian market of brands such as Oris, Corum, Hermes, IWC and Ikepod. Today, Swiss Time Australia is the official agent Australia and New Zealand for Ebel and Oris Swiss watch brands, as well as Underwood and Swiss Kubik watch winders.
